About Arveo

Built from inside the bookkeeping work.

Arveo began with a simple frustration: a firm can have QuickBooks, documents, email, and AI and still spend its best people reconstructing context before the real accounting work begins.

Why now

Accounting firms need one place to begin the real work.

The bookkeeping stack records transactions and stores files, but the firm still has to investigate exceptions, chase missing context, prepare corrections, and prove that the month is ready. Arveo connects that work without replacing QuickBooks.

I have Brightline Studio, the 2025 period, and your cleanup instructions in context. I can investigate synced financial activity here. Starting the procedure creates a persistent cleanup engagement in Scoping; the books remain unchanged.

Product principles

The decisions behind the product.

Start with the accounting job

The product begins with a defined procedure, source data, evidence, review, and a useful output, not a list of disconnected AI capabilities.

Keep accounting judgment visible

AI should prepare and explain work while the firm retains control over consequential accounting decisions.

Earn the right to expand

Arveo will add broader tax and advisory capabilities after the recurring bookkeeping workflow is dependable.

Build with firms, not around them

Design partners shape the product through real client files, accounting procedures, reviewer feedback, and recurring use.

Founder perspective

The firm is part of the product-development environment.

Jason is building Arveo alongside an operating bookkeeping practice. That creates a useful discipline: workflows must work with real client ownership, incomplete information, recurring deadlines, and QuickBooks constraints—not only in a polished demo.

The startup phase is intentionally focused. Arveo is first connecting cleanup, reconciliation, transaction review, client resolution, and close inside one AI-led client workspace. Deeper automation will expand only after the current controls and accounting outcomes are dependable.
